Roles and Responsibilities

Subject Teachers:

  • Specialized educators responsible for teaching specific subjects, such as Mathematics, English, Science, History, etc.
  • Develop lesson plans, conduct lectures, and assess student performance.
  • Provide additional support to students who may need extra help.

Class Teachers:

  • Oversee the well-being and academic progress of a specific class or form.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between students, parents, and the school.
  • Offer guidance and support to students in matters beyond academics.

Head of Department (HOD):

  • Lead a specific academic department (e.g., Mathematics, Science, Languages).
  • Coordinate curriculum development and ensure the quality of instruction within the department.
  • Conduct teacher evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.

Facilitators:

  • Address the needs of students with diverse learning abilities.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and specialists to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Create an inclusive learning environment.

School Counselor:

  • Assist students with academic, social, and emotional challenges.
  • Provide guidance on career choices and personal development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student well-being.

Librarians:

  • Manage the school library and resources.
  • Promote information literacy and assist students in research.
  • Support teachers in integrating technology and resources into their lessons.

Physical Education (PE) Teachers:

  • Instruct students in physical fitness, sports, and health education.
  • Organize sports events and extracurricular activities.
  • Promote a healthy and active lifestyle among students.
