ENGLISH – A VITAL SUBJECT

A medium of communication across all subjects, except Lugha ya Kiswahili.

Every learner must fully embrace the learning of English through its four core skills: Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing. Regular participation, active interaction, and the clear expression of facts, ideas, and concepts should become a daily habit — intentional and purposeful.

Consistent use of English enhances both fluency and accuracy, as it nurtures critical thinking, creativity, innovation, and collaboration — essential generic skills that shape a confident, articulate, and spontaneous problem solver.

Learners must strive to give their best and aim for excellence. English stands as a pillar upon which careers are built — in both Sciences and the Humanities.

  • English: The Official Medium

  • English: The Second Language

  • English: The Ship on which a focused learner will sail — to success today, tomorrow, and for eternity.

Embrace English — and pass with flying colours!
